I really like the design of Apple’s modem. I purchased it early today from my local Apple Store. The modem was $49.99 and with tax it came to $51.45, not bad. The only reason I purchased it is because I’ll be on vacation next week.

I’ll be staying in a condo and internet access is provided. It’s dial up. I haven’t used dial up connection in years. This should be interesting. Read the rest of this entry »

In less than twenty four hours the Apple iPhone will be released. The iPhone has caused quite a stir in the past few months and many people have been eagerly awaiting for its release reports have said that the iPhone matches most of its hype. That’s always good news to hear.

The iPhones are scheduled to go on sale tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. All the Apple stores will stay open until midnight. Perfect way to start the holiday with a brand-new iPhone. Customers can purchase up to two phones at a time it will be on a first come first serve basis. Read the rest of this entry »

Yes, I know it’s a Mac Mini but I didn’t read that it might be discontinued. At least, that’s what the Apple Insider has speculated. Hopefully it’s just a rumor.
Originally I had thought about purchasing one for my four year old daughter. I thought it would be an excellent first computer.

Here is my shiny 7.5″ platform heel sitting on top of my shiny 17″ MacBook Pro. You won’t see my MBP shine in this picture. I toned it down. I haven’t worn these heels in about five or six years; however, I use my shiny MacBook Pro almost every single day.

The iPhone is shiny but I won’t be purchasing it.

With the iPhone release only being one week away I figured Apple’s website would change. I logged on a few hours ago and was greeted by the screen above (clicking on the picture will take you to a larger screen.) Apple has done an excellent job displaying some of its key features.

Can you imagine being in a store selling the phones? No thanks! I’m currently watching the iPhone 20 minute guided tour. Nice!
